Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or one-time costs on any of our services. You pay one flat monthly fee. Because the build is not billed separately, your monthly fee starts as soon as we agree to work together, and we begin building your website right away.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The design, content and source code are yours. If you ever leave, you can take the website with you.
Can you migrate my current website?
Yes. We can move your existing website, content and emails over for you, usually with no downtime for your visitors.
Can I use my existing domain?
Absolutely. You keep your domain and we connect it to your new website. If you don't have one yet, we register it for you.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting on secure EU servers is part of your monthly fee, along with backups, security updates and monitoring. There is nothing extra to buy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There are no long lock-in contracts. Because you own your website and source code, you can always take it with you, and we confirm the exact terms in writing before you sign.
Is everything GDPR compliant?
Yes. Everything runs on EU servers with German hosting, and we provide an AVV (data processing agreement) per Art. 28 DSGVO.
Do you support German and English?
Yes. We work in both German and English, and we can build your website in one or both languages.
What happens after launch?
